As a very experienced Real Estate Agent, I wanted to fulfil my ambition and run my own business, hence I started Urban Residential. I am solely responsible for every aspect of it, so when you call my office, I am the one that you speak with.

I am a licensed Real Estate Agent with more than 19 years’ experience and I pride myself on my excellent communication skills and service.

In my experience, all landlords have the same complaints when dealing with Real Estate Agents; lack of communication, lack of knowledge & accountability (not forgetting the ever-present high staff turnover). Landlords never get to really know their property manager before they’re on the move again. This is due to high stress environments, large portfolios & a scarcity of experienced, mature property managers.

A ‘set date sale’ requires a dynamic and strong advertising campaign to generate as much interest, in the shortest amount of time as possible. The highlight of the auction is its end date — the date where the action takes place. But, many sellers feel anxious with this style of selling. Amanda keeps her personal interests in auction alive by volunteering at fundraisers for local charity organisations such as Blind Citizens, RSPCA and football clubs. Her biggest auction was StyleAid for the WA Aids Council, a fundraiser with over 700 ticket holders.
Tenancy Emergency Plan
Your Property Manager is available during working business hours: 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday, for any concerns. For public holidays, weekends and after hours, there may be times when you are faced with an emergency, and you will need to act to ensure there is minimal loss and or damage.
Please note, the easiest way to define an emergency is if your safety and wellbeing are at risk, or the security of the property is at risk. In an emergency outside of office hours you can try to contact the Property Manager by text or email.
Please understand a Property Manager is not on-duty after hours and is not required to respond. But if by chance they are working, they will be more than happy to help you in any emergency situation.
